About The Fuquay Varina Glass Art Meetup Group

The Fuquay Varina Glass Art Meetup Group was created to allow all glass artists to not only get to know their glass artist neighbors, but to also gain knowledge through sharing the various glass art forms and techniques with each other. We hope to explore both hot and cold work as well as how to use what we have created as functional pieces of art work (i.e. jewelry, home decor, etc.). In the future, I would like to see our group represented at various art shows in the local area for those members who are interested in displaying and selling their work. As a group, we can do much more to educate our community and create a genuine interest in our art form(s).
